We have a great range of cordless sanders from the top trade brands. Orbital sanders move rapidly in a very narrow elliptical orbit for a good balance between rapid material removal and a clean finish. Eccentric sanders move rapidly in an elliptical orbit whilst spinning around a spindle at the same time to create random paths for a finer finish without the swirl marks that are commonly associated with orbital sanders. Palm sanders and delta sanders are essentially smaller versions of an orbital sander for smaller sanding tasks or better access in tight or awkward spaces.

We have a great range of electrical test equipment from the top trade brands. Voltage testers test the voltage of electrical equipment, whereas multimeters test for a range of things like voltage, current, continuity and resistance.

Angle grinders and mini grinders have a rotating abrasive disc at a 90° angle for grinding and cutting metal (and masonry with a diamond blade). Die grinders have a rotating spindle onto which you can attach different heads like abrasives and burrs for smaller sanding, polishing, deburring and grinding tasks in confined spaces or on curves. Kelvin Power Tools was established in Glasgow in 1977 as Kelvin Power Tool Repairs. Since then, the service and repair of power tools and small plant has remained a core function of our business. Here at Kelvin Power Tools, we conduct PAT testing on all of the mains-powered tools and electrical equipment we supply. Portable appliance testing, generally known as PAT testing, is the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure that they are safe to use. The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require that any electrical equipment that has the potential to cause injury is maintained in a safe condition. However, they do not specify what needs to be done, by whom or how frequently.
