Cole & Winfield Painting & Decorating is a recent merge of two painting & decorating companies in Worcester, Paul Winfield Painting & Decorating ( PWPD ) and M D Cole Painting and decorating. Both having over 10 years experience and achieved NVQ level 1,2 and 3 in painting and decorating.
