Fabulous, relaxed company, with windows & doors at great rates and knowledgeable staff who listen and try to do the best for you. Not at all like the 'typical' double glazing salesman. I will keep using them. Both my recent jobs however have taken a long time from order to installation, and communication through that stage hasn't been great, hence not 5 stars.

Everyone turned up when they said they would, work was done by competent polite and courteous workers. The work area was left clean and tidy. We will be contacting Britannia again when we need more work done.

Britannia fitted new conservatory windows and door at my house. They gave a first class service from design to build and completion. They had to take out part of the old brick work for the new doorway and rebuild new brick work to replace with windows. The brick work blends in and the conservatory is much warmer now with the better quality installatons. They cleared every thing up and left it very clean. Well done Brittannia!

Don't pay their expensive fee for a call out. These people informed me that it did not matter that they had not installed my conservatory after I informed them so, or that it was under guarantee, then got me to part with my money. Yes, the surveyor came out and informed me that the leak in the seal could be fixed, but then failed to quote, and Britannia Windows then informed me that they could not help because they did not put the conservatory in. They knew this. No refund for their possible misunderstanding, just a flat no, showing that they wanted my money for a quick call out knowing they would not help.

My new sash windows are brilliant. The house is now both warm and quiet. The whole service from the initial survey to the fitting was friendly, quick and professional. The fitter was extremely good. He was meticulous and cleaned up every last bit before leaving each day. Thanks very much . I would definitely recommend using this company.
