We are the number one UK lighting manufacturer, including trough, sign, neon, flood, cowl, globe, home, patio, leisure and outdoor lighting. We have been providing excellent products and service to businesses, consumers and households in the UK and further afield for over 25 years.

Since 1994 we have been supplying high quality sign lighting with both the strength and durability to withstand the effects of the elements and today's environment. Modern manufacturing techniques enable us to produce sign lighting at very competitive prices, often on a next-day delivery basis. In November 2019 we moved to our new factory in Walsall. The 15,000 sq.ft facility includes a brand new powder coating plant with 9m pass through oven, ensuring high quality finishes and ever faster turn around for non standard colours.

At Portland Lighting we are happy to assist with your non standard lighting requirements. With 30 years experience in the design and method of manufacture great savings can be made. From initial concept drawings to completion utilizing aluminium casting and extrusions we can undertake client specific lighting schemes.

All of Portland Lighting's products are independently electrical safety tested and CE certified as required by law. Each light is individually tested for earth continuity, insulation resistance and function, then logged with its unique number prior to despatch for complete traceability. This log test result is recorded onto the delivery note so the client has a record. Our IP ratings are independently tested by the Lighting Industry Association at their laboratories giving added reasurrance to our clients that legal requirements are met to exacting standards.
