Starrant Ltd is a family owned and run organisation that has been working in domestic properties for over 40 years. We began in 1972 as a plumbing & heating contractor installing central heating systems into occupied homes. The management team in the plumbing and heating side of the business has a combined experience of over 130 years. During this time we have also been undertaking heating 'modernisation' works all over the midlands. These have primarily been for social housing clients. In more recent times we have formed a new company, Starrant Building Adaptations, which has been a diversification on to specialist home adaptations.
We specialise in designing and installing the perfect bath or shower solution for you. Our management team has over 80 years combined experience in delivering high quality bathroom installations. Your journey will begin with a free design consultation. During this we will survey the current room and discuss your individual needs and requirements. With this information we can then create a design unique to you. Once you have confirmed you are happy with a design we can begin the installation. During the time we are working in your home we will ensure that all floor space in proximity of our works is protected and that your possessions are treated delicately and with care.
We have a specialist team who will come to your home for a free consultation. During this we will work with you and any one else who you wish for us to in order to create the perfect kitchen solution for you. This will then lead to a design and quote. We are approved to fit AKW's patented rise and fall kitchen units and worktops which we see as one excellent solution for disabled clients. Once you are happy for us to proceed with works we will then provide floor covering and any safety partitioning required in order to keep your home safe and tidy.
We carry out a wide variety of refurbishment projects. One of our current projects is domestic heating replacements as part of the decent homes programme for Sandwell MBC. This programme involves performing heating upgrades and replacements in approximately 250 homes per annum. We are also currently working for Lovell on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment project for Nuneaton & Bedworth council. The works here include the stripping out of existing kitchens and bathrooms installing new kitchens and replacing the current bathroom with a level access wet room.
Starrant Ltd have been undertaking new build plumbing and heating works for over 30 years. During these years we have completed works on a wide variety sites ranging from small niche developments to apartment blocks to large housing development schemes in which works have spanned over several years. All of our works are completed to the highest standards. This is evidenced by the fact that last year 88% of the eligible sites we worked on were awarded a NHBC Pride In The Job awards with one site being nominated for the National Supreme award.
