CES provides cement-based liquid screeds suitable for domestic and commercial applications. Our C16/F3 to C25/F5 graded products offer rapid drying times, exceptional thermal conductivity, and compatibility with underfloor heating systems. The screeds allow tiling within 5 days and wooden floor installation within 28 days under standard conditions, significantly accelerating construction timelines while maintaining structural integrity.
Bituminous Surfacing
We supply high-quality bituminous surfacing products from our Ballynahinch facility. Our asphalt mixes incorporate high PSV grit-stone for superior skid resistance, meeting UKAS standards through independent testing by Construction Testing Services.
