As an established electrical contractor that deals in a high turnover of reactive maintenance jobs we have long been aware that as our operatives work remotely from our office it is important that we have a system of work that allows remote access to our system. All of our operatives have remote working capability via ipads or computers, this means they are able to book time, complete certificates and order materials remotely on our system and this automatically updates the status of the job with in the office.
