Last year, we opted to replace all 16 sash windows with casement windows. The installation performed by the joiners was truly exceptional. They skillfully installed and meticulously finished each window, even taking care of the pointing, and left no trace of any mess behind. While inspecting the units, we did happen to spot a crack in one of them, which was promptly reported and swiftly replaced. Considering the seamless installation process and the excellent after-sales service, we are wholeheartedly inclined to recommend Bon Accord without any reservations for future projects.

We had windows, front door and cladding installed in June. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the work. Staff in sales, reception, installers, pointing and the supervisor were all most helpful and worked together to ensure we had a successful outcome. Wayne and Robbie along with Steve and Ryan were superb on site. The follow up tradesman for the pointing tidy up was also very good. Any issues have been resolved as promised on the dates promised, although these were relatively minor matters. Overall we are very happy with the upgrade to our house.

Well, that's my new Windows and doors fitted... After a slight blip that was dealt with efficiently .I am absolutely delighted with them.Jim and Dave,the fitters, were hard working and had such pride in their work... Cleaning up after every visit. Very impressed. They were polite and took no breaks. Working tirelessly all day.the follow up builder Sandy and the painter turned up when promised and worked well and again cleaned up after. I am so proud of my windows and doors and would recommend Bon Accord Glass. The conservatory we had fitted by them 16 years ago is still as good as new. One further point. I have Sanderson blinds. I did not want to loose them when I got new Windows . Martin and Richard worked with Karen from Sanderson blinds to ensure my blinds could be adapted to fit.something all other company's would not do hence saving us a lot of money in replacement blinds. I really appreciate everyone's input. Thank you so much...

I am writing to thank your company for the recent work installing replacement windows to our home. The work was professionally carried out from estimate to completion, and the lads who installed were diligent & even tidied up before they left.
The after care is 2nd to none, when we had a slight problem with our 7 year old door, there was no problem in sending someone out to replace the handle.
Overall we were delighted with the quality of workmanship and would have no hesitation to recommend Bon Accord Glass with their excellent quality & service.

Thanks for the excellent service you provided when installing our new patio door and replacement glass door panel in our house recently.
The process from initial contact to installation was extremely efficient. Your salesman John was very helpful offering advice and guidance where needed when choosing the products and when it came to the installation the workmen were on time, courteous and very tidy. In fact you wouldn't have known they’d been, other than the shiny new door of course.
This is not the first time I have used your services and it won’t be the last.
You never want to do anything to your home that could potentially bring down its valuation and turn off buyers when selling.
