We are based near the crossroads of the A23 and A272 at Hickstead and operate solely in Sussex. From landmark office buildings with permanent day janitors and teams of cleaners to smaller companies requiring a 3 x a week service. We clean a wide range of commercial premises throughout Sussex. Office cleaning is a labour intensive business and labour will sometimes let you down. Our operational structure offers a low contract to Area Manager ratio (max 35 per Area Manager) within a small geographical area (4 x Area Managers and 2 x Area Supervisors in Sussex). If your cleaner calls in sick your Area Manager/Supervisor will arrange to cover the work or given extremely short or no notice, will do it themselves.

Daily vacuuming and mopping of carpeting and hard floors need to be supplemented by periodical maintenance to retain the appearance and properties they were originally chosen for. Like all textile materials, the beauty and life of a carpet depends largely on the care that it is given. Proper maintenance can add years of attractive life. The main cleaning method we use is Hot Water Extraction. Though commonly called 'Steam Cleaning', no actual steam is involved in the Hot Water Extraction (HWE) cleaning process, apart from steam that may escape incidentally from the hot water that is delivered under pressure when the cleaning solution comes in contact with the carpet/rug/carpet tile.

Schools benefit from our existing local management structure of Area Managers responsible for no more than 30 sites within a small geographic area of Sussex. This enables them to support their cleaners/cleaning teams especially during times of unplanned leave. All SCC school cleaners will hold an enhanced DBS and will be contracted to take holiday during the school holidays. In the event of unplanned leave this will be covered by the onsite team. If this is not possible the Area Manager will provide the necessary support labour and advice.
