Had nothing but trouble with my order. In Coruba's defence, the issue was to do with their couriers. But I was dealing with Coruba. If a restaurant has problems with its supply chain and can't serve you food, the problem ultimately lies with the restaurant for not selecting a reliable and consistent supplier. Though Coruba's staff were polite and friendly the fact remains - I ordered from them as they said my order would be with me on Thursday, Friday at the latest. This was why I chose them over others. I placed staff to receive the order but no order came. They then assured me Monday by 10am. Order just been delivered now, Monday at 3.30pm. Had I not had a deadline of tomorrow, I would have cancelled and ordered elsewhere. As polite and friendly as the staff are, this is one company I will never use again and I will recommend not using Coruba to all the people who operate within my field.
I ordered some rubber matting on the Friday and it was delivered on the Saturday as promised. Fantastic customer service. They couldn't have done more to help me out. They deserve 5 stars
