Established in 1994, Hotchkiss Oak Furniture has built a reputation for crafting high-quality handmade furniture using traditional methods. Our Derbyshire-based workshop sources FSC-certified English timber, ensuring sustainability and premium quality in every piece. Specialising in bespoke designs, we create custom furniture tailored to individual client specifications, from Windsor chairs to Harris Tweed sofas. Our team of skilled craftsmen prioritises attention to detail, combining traditional joinery techniques with modern aesthetics. With a showroom in Tutbury open Saturdays, we offer direct engagement with customers, maintaining a personal approach from sales to delivery. Our commitment to excellence extends to children's furniture, featuring personalised carvings and durable construction. As manufacturers and retailers, we eliminate intermediaries to provide competitive pricing without compromising craftsmanship. Our portfolio includes handcrafted tables, kitchen stools, and upholstered chairs, all available in custom finishes. We pride ourselves on using ethically sourced materials and maintaining transparency throughout the production process. With over 25 years of experience, we continue to innovate while preserving the heritage of British furniture making.
