Absolutely love my new bathroom! From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless and really well managed. A special mention to Dave, the fitter ,always punctual, polite, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference day-to-day. What really stood out was how clean and tidy he kept everything throughout the job , easily the cleanest tradesperson Ive ever had work in my home. He also went above and beyond by putting the pipework into the walls instead of boxing it in, which has made the final result look so much more sleek and high-end.

I am not one to moan in general, I leave that to my husband. However we had a kitchen and bathroom refit from Aquarius roughly 5 years ago. Initially the fitters badly damaged our recently laid driveway by mixing tile grout on it. After they pressure washed it to no avail and causing even more damage they did pay a tiny compensation. Now to the kitchen, the recommended appliances were shocking, gave up on the manufacturer warranties eventually as they were shocking and have replaced all appliances ourselves.

We had to replace the sink taps as they collapsed after just over a year. Most importantly we have had on going problems with the cupboard doors with the coatings peeling off. Every time we have contacted Aquarius they say send photos and we will contact the supplier. Each time they come back with same lame excuse. It is heat, water or steam damage. It's a kitchen for gods sake !!!. Cooker hood door/heat damage, really ? Cupboard next to oven, heat damage ?

It is an absolute joke. All doors are peeling now, so disgusted it is beyond belief.

Then there is the bathroom ! Bath panel has never been right from day one. Toilet seat replaced and still shocking. Side of vanity unit peeling off, handles rusty and drawer runners have collapsed.
An absolute shambles. Avoid at all cost unless you want a quick house tart up to sell on.

Aquarius recently fitted our new bathroom, and we've been impressed with their service from start to finish. The fitters were friendly, approachable, and kept us informed throughout the process. I have just had a new bathroom fitted and I am so thrilled with the work, there was no fuss and the team, Jake, Skye, Alan and John were amazing from start to finish, Wayne came out to take details and put me at ease. Everyone was trustworthy and extremely professional, anyone needing a new bathroom I would highly recommend Aquarius, thank you everyone! Cant recommend highly enough.

We had a new bathroom supplied and fitted by Aquarius, they have quite a long lead time (the only negative, but it shows their popularity). The items supplied were of top quality and it was all fitted on schedule, no mess left - very tidy and courteous throughout. Aside from everything else the total cost of our bathroom fitted was 1k-2k cheaper than other quotes that we had received....so very good value for money and top quality fittings.

We did have a few minor quirks with some of the fitting from their sub-contractors, but these were resolved very quickly and after sales service was second to none. I personally think that this last point is the biggest plus of all, as a result we have had them out again recently to quote on a kitchen refresh (new doors/worktops etc rather than a ground up this time). I would definitely recommend Aquarius, I guess that is why it takes so long to get an appointment and fitting from them.... everyone seems to recommend them.
