Apollo Fire Detectors Ltd specialises in the design and manufacture of high-quality fire detection solutions for commercial and industrial applications. From our base in Havant, near Portsmouth on the UK's south coast, we have, for over 40 years, designed and built products that save lives and protect property from the risk of fire. In that time, we have broadened our capability from a straightforward focus on conventional fire detectors to the manufacture of sophisticated analogue addressable detectors and interfaces.

Our Product Lifetime Guarantee provides a warranty on our products, which for detectors, alarm devices, interfaces and call points is 10 years (CO detectors, 5 years). The guarantee supports our recommended working life of the product and further endorses our commitment to our customers in providing them with reliable, quality fire detection products. Apollo acknowledges the importance of life safety and system integrity and recommends the routine replacement of detectors after 10 years. Our 10 Year Product Guarantee provides a warranty on our products, which for detectors, alarm devices, interfaces and call points is 10 years (CO detectors, 5 years).

As part of our ongoing compliance commitment, Apollo Fire Detectors has undertaken a process to identify which, if any, substances of very high concern (SVHCs), meeting the criteria set out in Article 57 of REACH and included on the REACH "Candidate List", are contained within the product we supply to you and in what concentrations. We are also monitoring the ongoing amendments to Annex XVII of REACH, which has introduced restrictions for specific applications. As a result of this process, we have received no notification of any breach to the regulation and we confirm that, to the best of our knowledge, the product we currently supply does not contain any SVHCs included on the Candidate List in concentrations above 0.1 % (w/w), and are compliant with Annex XVII restrictions.
