First time In your store today and really enjoyed the experience. The shop is massive inside and you have some beautiful stuff. My little boy needed toilet and you let me use the staff ones. Picked out a couple of toys for the kids and the staff chatted away to us all. As a matter a fact was asked if I needed help in every department. Loved this shop will definitely be back.
Smyth Pattersons to me has always being the store my family go to for all our needs about the house. i have been a customer for years and the staff treat you like one of the family when you come in by the way they greet you and their attention when they serve you. i have found over the years how much the shop is changing but the heart of the store remains the same. Love to support local business and Smyth Pattersons is one of the oldest and longest established family stores left in Lisburn. Well done for your customer service over the years hope it continues.
