FLYNN provides a wide range of Building and Maintenance services to clients across the public and commercial sectors. With around 200 directly employed staff trained and qualified in the widest range of trades and services, as well as an extensive and rigorously approved supply chain, we can offer essentially a one-stop shop for all construction needs.

FLYNN encourage and support staff in building and developing their careers by offering training and development tailored to their role and ambition. Our Investors in People Silver accreditation and multiple awards for training and development are testament to this. FLYNN are always seeking to build partnerships and increase its supply chain to meet the demands of new contracts in health, education, retail and residential development. Flynn is a fully accredited ISO 9001 business and operates stringent quality checks on its supply chain.

FLYNN operates a large fleet of fully specified tankers providing services to clients including hospital trusts, emergency services and schools. We can also offer CCTV survey and investigation services. Flynn deliver an extensive range of landscaping services under maintenance contracts for Transport NI and incorporated in to projects. These include grass cutting, weed spraying and drain cleaning. We have plant available to our maintenance clients to provide jet washing of grounds, buildings and graffiti removal.

FLYNN has achieved recognition for the restoration of many historic and listed buildings across the island. Our restoration projects bolster our apprenticeship scheme safeguarding the continuity of vital specialist skills to the next generation. Our Restoration projects are supported by our specialist joinery workshop where our expertly skilled joiners can replicate or restore period pieces of woodwork. All projects are undertaken in consultation with the appropriate agencies. Flynn has completed several projects involving intricate stone and brick restoration involving redressing, indent repair, full stone replacement, brick replacement, steam cleaning and pointing.
