Bensleys

Bensleys is an affiliated member of various trade associations, including the Property Care Association, allied with the government-endorsed TrustMark Scheme and Constructionline. These memberships enable the company to offer insurance-backed guarantees for your peace of mind through the Guarantee Protection Insurance Company Limited and also Bensleys' suppliers, the Triton Users Group. A qualified Bensleys' Surveyor will carry out an intial survey inspection and if necessary, submit a fully detailed written report including any recommendations and estimates - usually within 24-48 hours.

Bensleys offers a full design installation service for basement structural waterproofing following British Standard BS8102, designated as 'the protection of structures against water from the ground'. We use cavity drain membrane systems, which are polyurethane plastic sheets with dimples moulded into them. These are fixed mechanically to the walls to create a cavity between the substrate and internal wallplaster finish, which allows any ingressing water to be collected and drained away from the property; if necessary, we can also install sump and pump systems in the floor structure.
