We bought a new dishwasher from Moores after the old one packed in. When the installer arrived it was a relatively small job to fix the old one and we were only charged a call out fee. Most companies would have fitted the new one and said nothing. I'll be shopping here from now on and recommend the same to anyone else.
My oven went on fire yesterday. Went in to Moores today to see what they had, not really expecting to find what I wanted. The young sales assistant, I have to say was so helpful, I bought an oven, got 10 off, free delivery, installation and the old oven was taken away, all in the space of a few hours. 5 star service, right down to the delivery/ installation engineer. Needless to say I will make Moores my first port of call in the future for electrical goods.
Excellent service from the shop to delivery! I bought a fridge freezer tonight at 6.45pm and they were able to deliver it straight away! Installed and old fridge away by 8.20pm. Thank you for your fabulous service!
