I used Safe Gas to pipe and install a gas hob, a few other places had messed me about and I waited weeks on call backs that didn't happen. Within two weeks of ringing Safe Gas the work was done, no issues, no fuss. I ran into some problems with fitting the oven afterwards, engineer came back out and sorted it without any bother or complaining. Engineers friendly, good crack and done a good job.

I recently had gas installed in two properties by the Safe Gas Team, and I highly recommend them. The service was exceptional from start to finish, beginning with the initial visit from Paul. The office team and the installation team were all top-notch. I will definitely be using Safe Gas NI again in the future.

Absolutely first class company! From the first phone call I made to their office and spoke with both Natalie and Victoria. Paul, the company owner called out when he said he would and within 1 hour of his visit his quotation was in my email inbox! I wanted a full oil to gas conversion including new radiators. Safe Gas offered me an installation date, again this happened when they said it would. Louis and the team of engineers were first class. They were professional, neat and tidy and really friendly.
The customer service / focus from Safe Gas is the best I’ve experienced for years from any company!

Paul, I would just like to say a big thank you to the installation team that did our installation. The 4 guys worked their backsides off all day and where very professional in their work. Even after the last minute changes made it was not made a drama out of it but just got on with it. Only reason not 5 stars was the small issue of getting a date tied down with the office staff, but will recommend you & your team to anyone who asks me about getting gas installed.
Well I have just had my heating all changed over by safe gas. Excellent service from beginning to end. This company don't mess about as they are straight in and all work completed in a day. From Paul to the girls in the office and all the boys in the fitting team they all deliver a first class service. I would highly highly recommend this company to anyone.
