Deeside Construction Limited, a family run business based in Banchory for over 40 years, offering a full range of building and joinery services including home extensions, barn conversions, kitchens and home improvements within the Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City areas. We provide quality construction, honest service and great value. Stephen and his team were absolutely fantastic at completing internal building work. The quality of workmanship is excellent and they were more than happy to help with any other little jobs that cropped up.

A family run business by Stephen and Yvonne Thomson, Deeside Construction Banchory Ltd was founded over 40 years ago. Established in the 1970's by Stephen's father Jim Thomson who was a builder by trade. Stephen started working with him after serving his apprenticeship as a joiner in the early 1990's and the business grew from there. Sadly Stephen's father passed away in 2016 so the firm is solely run by Stephen now with Yvonne as accountant.

Established for over 40 years we have developed an excellent reputation in expert craftsmanship. Many of our clients come back to us and recommend us for home refurbishments and conversions. We cover all aspects of construction, building and joinery work from start to finish. You don't need to organise anything for your refurbishment we will do it all for you, from the initial build to the interior decoration.
