I love this shop a vast range of wallpapers. Staff always helpful. People who are complaining about refunds have to realise this is a business and if they take too long to bring it back there at fault not the shop.

Fabulous shop, so many different papers, great range to choose from. Staff where so helpful, nothing was a bother to them. Definitely 5 ***** stars and more. Would recommend this shop to anyone decorating there home

Had the misfortune of visiting this shop today, the customer service I received was awful, the staff are rude and unapproachable. I had a few samples of paper which the staff gave me as it is clearly stated everywhere to ask the staff for them, I asked the man behind the counter for another sample and was questioned about the ones my son was holding, he was very rude and accusing I was extremely embarrassed and would never consider shopping here again. However the manager was lovely and very understanding, pity about his staff
