Fleming Buildings was established nearly 55 years ago. The saying 'with age comes experience' is true of the company: we are expert builders specialising in timber frame engineering. A family firm, we reap the benefits of being a strong unit - shared wisdom, experience, loyalty, accountability, inclusion and respect - just some our values which permeate the wider Fleming family and by that we mean our team of employees. Nearly half of our 80 strong workforce have been with us for more than 15 years and possess a wealth of knowledge and abilities.

We've been using timber for more than half a century and demand for wooden infrastructure remains high. So too does our level of craftsmanship and know-how. From hospitals to schools to care homes to churches, our design and manufacturing teams create a wide range of bespoke timber engineered structures. Using timber instead of concrete, masonry or steel means we can manufacture almost the whole structure off-site at our own factory, a huge advantage in Scotland particularly given our climate and the needs and demands to have projects completed on programme and to budget.
