I've had terrible service form first choice. I got all the windows in my property replaced last year and at first all seemed fine. Then during snowfall in the winter my roof light leaked and caused damage to my newly renovated bathroom. First choice then attended and performed remedial action including repainting the damaged areas to the bathroom ( this took 4 visits until the damage was rectified) the Joiner who attended told me that the window installed by first choice was not fit for purpose and would always leak. I took this up with first choice management who explained that it would be repaired as part of the 10 year guarantee and would not need replaced. Around 4 months later my roof light is leaking again and I am back to square one with damage to my property. This should have been replaced in the first place but first choice refused to do so. Happy enough to take your money but aftercare has been the worst I have ever received. Would not recommend
