Don't no what as happens but it's gone back to taking 3hours to get tip
Disastrous experience when we had a log burner delivered by Palletline. Driver put log burner on damaged pallet with numerous nails sticking underneath down on our brand new wooden floor in our hall, he struggled to get lifting equipment from under it and in doing so damaged our wooden floor. Despite lengthy correspondence with them after sending photos of damage and multiple contacts they refused to offer any compensation. Now having to claim through our household insurance meaning we incur excess charges, higher future insurance costs and loss of no claims. Worst delivery experience we have EVER had.
Glad only got to unload once and load once and never have to go back waited over 2 1/2 hours to load after unloading for 3 pallets surely somebody would look at the small loads get the lorries in and out which would leave more room to park up it was my first time and must say the guy sitting on chair with umbrella poor sod was really helpful i even gave him my chicken rolls lol fork truck drivers really fast just cant understand how would leave a driver for so long for 3 pallets and getting worryingly close to his night hours
