At Blackwater Construction we operate as a General Builders Work Contractor on new build in Scotland, refurbishment and facilities management contracts working via tender and negotiated procurement routes. Labour requirements are fulfilled on an individual project basis or on a Regional Framework basis. All of our labour resources are fully trained and skilled in their respective trades. We carry a workforce that is 100% CSCS / CPCS / IPAF trained. We work alongside all construction professionals from principal contractors to architects/surveyors and facility managers/estate managers.
