We are an architects and planning consultancy with very successful track record in securing planning permission for both domestic and commercial clients in Northern Ireland and beyond. Our Practice is based on the Lisburn Road in Belfast and our team are chartered members of RIBA, ARB, RSUA, RTPI, and The Landscape Institute. Established in 2006 by Kevin McGurran, we provide the full range of planning and architectural services for our clients. We have been commissioned on a varied range of projects and have extensive experience of the planning system in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom.
We have worked on some high profile projects in Northern Ireland notably the Newtownabbey Pig Farm where our architecture, planning and landscape architecture skills were harnessed as lead consultants to deliver a successful planning outcome. Our planning and landscape architecture services have been successfully engaged by quarry operators to chart a path through the planning process, assess impacts on the landscape and provide restorative landscape masterplans in collaboration with other consultants.
