Was in yesterday and a gentleman couldn't have been anymore helpful, he had patience of a saint with me as I bombarded him with questions. I bought a snow suit for my grandson for him coming home from hospital. Granted I cut the tag off because the price was on it, to then realise it was too big for him. It was still wrapped in tissue on request asked if I could exchange for a smaller size, but was told no because the tag was off. I am extremely disappointed because myself & inlaws /family have bought silver cross furniture /pram /buggy /car seat /bedding /mobile/ clothes. I have been a regular customer over the years & did not expect to be treated in this way.
