Amazing customer service. They took my mac in straight away without having to book 1/2 weeks in advance like in the apple store. They were able to get the parts needed for the repair directly from Apple very quickly and had my mac back to me within a week. Very happy
Highly efficient. They sorted my MacBook issue and were able to get the parts fitted in time for me to take my mac on an overseas trip. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you.
Couldn't rate this company highly enough! Had to bring my Macbook up twice in May and both times the customer service was outstanding. They worked super hard to fix the issue and get my laptop back to me before I left the country, and both times I was regularly informed of the problems and updates on the repair. Seriously recommend, they will definitely be my first port of call in the future!
