We work throughout Central Scotland for various clients in the housing, commercial & public sectors. We specialize in the construction of new roads, sewers, water attenuation, services, foundations, hard landscaping & street lighting works. We have worked for a number of clients since the company was established in 1994. These clients range from small and major house builders to leading construction main contractors.
We undertake the construction of new roads & sewers on all of our projects. Often we are appointed as main contractor temporarily to allow site establishment including forming temporary roads, allowing for road openings and forming site compounds and associated infrastructure. We will liaise with the relevant Local Authority both directly and in conjunction with main contractor to ensure all specifications, approvals and adoption are met. Sewers and drainage work range from deep drainage excavations with large diameter concrete pipes to shallow drainage using UPVC and or Fireclay Pipe.
