Very impressed with service from Phil at City Domestics. Called on twice now, arrived when he said he would and no call out charge. First visit, machine was beyond repair so I was impressed at not being charged anything for his advice. Second time, repair required but charged less than other quotes I’d received. 10/10 highly recommend

Our washing machine died on us recently. After asking around I phoned City Domestics as they were closest! Phil came round and within what seemed like a few seconds had diagnosed the problem! Even though it was after 8pm on a Friday night he chose to repair it then as he had the parts! I expected to be without a machine until at least the Wednesday so was hugely impressed! 45 minutes later the job was done, I paid the bill which was much less than expected. He even took the time to talk to our old dog so she wasn’t upset with a stranger in the house! Brilliant firm – can’t recommend them highly enough!!
