Donate to our shops and make a real difference in the lives of homeless and vulnerable people. Clearing out is fun. We are always in need of donations for our shops - portable items that can be handed into any of our shops and we can also arrange furniture uplifts. This includes our eBay store. If you have any donations over the lockdown period please refrain from leaving them outside our shops, as they will not be dealt with and treated by the Council as fly-tipping. Our Furniture Uplift service is also currently restricted to the following items: Armchairs, Two-Seater Sofas and Standard Size Single and Double Beds.
Amazing work Bethany has done for so many years and continues to do. Thinking of all the amazing army of staff and volunteers over the years who have helped many thousands of people transform their lives. Walking alongside folks on their journey, no matter the pace, often taking a few steps forward and then several back. So much hard work, dedication, encouragement and being hopeful with someone when all their hope seems to be gone. Thank you
I did some volunteering last year & was privileged to be part of The Care Van team who drive around Edinburgh serving lunch to people who are going through a hard time. It really was a great experience & gave me a great insight to how hard it is for our folks who are homeless, listening to their story was definitely an eye opener. If I could do this everyday I would! I would encourage anyone with some spare time to help this fantastic charity keep going.

Wow! Project Pants has raised 34,103 items of underwear for people in need in #Edinburgh, including guests at our Welcome Centre.
This statistic is deeply sad; one person who loses their life while homeless is one person too many. Bethany and our partners are committed to ending homelessness in Scotland and preventing loss of life as a result of #homelessness.
