Was thrilled with our new bathroom. We had a complete refurb with a cupboard taken out and new shower in which has been a game changer. Rich was a delight to work with, reliable, respectful and knowledgeable. The bathroom was finished to a high standard. Would def recommend.

We asked Richard to replace our en-suite bathroom and asked him to return to replace our main bathroom. Both tasks were not without issues, as we live in a dark, narrow Victorian terrace with old heating systems. Richard offered a fair price, and even came out to an emergency leak under the old bathroom before our works started. We liked his polite and calm presence, everything was well-organised, well-communicated, on time and on budget. You can't ask for more. I have since recommended Richard to many people, of whom two have also been very, very content with his work.
