I went to Stephen in a panic with a brand new sound bar on which I had messed up the optical connection. He managed to fix it immediately and it works! Thanks so much - will know where to come with my electronic problems in future
Hi Stephen, I'd just like you to know that the Marantz Ki signature PM66 amp has now been run in and sounds even better than it ever did. I say run in because its just like having a new amp, it did take about 20 hours before it gave its best, the base control is much better as more tonal sounds can be heard something akin to a good red wine, as for detail in the higher frequencys I am hearing some detail not noticed before and as for dynamics, well I am bowled over, admittedly I have not played classical music for some time but if you can only just hear some instruments in quiet passages and then in the next minute are being blown out of your seat to the point that I am worried next door might complain, then I'm sure you can understand what I am trying to tell you. We are all stunned by the transformation, One very pleased customer, Derek.
Steve repaired my wife's vintage Sony amp - just got around to wiring it back in and wow - not only now perfectly working, but it actually outperforms my new generation Yamaha amp on phono. Thanks Steve, awesome work. -pete

Just completed a successful re-foam of 4 x Lowther DX4 speakers. Sounding awesome now!
Successfully re-foamed and replaced donuts on 4 x KEF B200 SP1256 from a pair of 104-2 speakers. Perfect result!
