I brought a pair of Seinheisser earphones that have a music controller in built into the cable into Galaxy Repairs and Spares for a repair job (the audio had gone after the jack had broken). The man in the shop was very helpful and accepted the repair job for a price of 30, which i thought was very steep but far less costly than replacing the earphones (70). After the initial repair, the earphones would automatically trigger the music controller and change or pause music without me telling them to, this would have every couple of songs and was bearable but annoying and as I'd payed 30 for the repair I thought I'd take them in for a fix up. The man, once again helpful, accepted the job and went about repairing them. I picked them up 4 days later and tried them out. They had gotten far far worse. Changing song constantly, volume jumping up and down and the music pausing every 5-10 seconds or so. I took them back to tell them about the new problems and negotiate some kind of agreement. I was condescended by two of the men who worked at the repair shop. They told me that 'the problem is with the cable, not the jack and the fact that they had become much more broken after the repair man had seen to them a second time was just a coincidence'. Obviously, I was having none of it. They tried to offer a small reimbursement but I had to actually argue with them to get a full refund. In a childish show of retaliation one of the repair men CUT OFF THE REPLACEMENT JACK, claiming that it was his. Earphones are now, obviously, beyond repair and an issue which should have been handled with grace, turned into one that was rather sour. Would not recommend based on this experience
