There are 3 basic steps we follow with all of our customers when beginning the John Willies fitted kitchen journey. We aim to keep our kitchen design process as simple and informal as possible in the early stages, to ensure we provide you with an accurate, free no obligation quote. All communication occurs directly with our designer/director Sam Crocker, who will work closely alongside you to achieve the perfect design for your dream kitchen. In order for us to start the process we will ask you to send in your kitchen room measurements.
Our Winchester Kitchen customer had a beautiful open plan space with gorgeous bi-fold doors leading out onto the garden. Once the doors were open the kitchen felt like it was part of the garden and the light that came through the doors was exceptional. Their kitchen had 3 main fitted elements: a fitted island, a fitted run, and a fitted bridging unit. The island made used of a darker colour and housed their sink with additional drainer grooves cut in to the granite to aid drainage, integrated dishwasher, integrated recycle and normal bins.
Our Brockenhurst customers chose our popular shaker style with optional cott beading around the drawers. There was a great combination of fitted items alongside our free-standing units like our sought after chop blocks, wall plate racks and the versatile larder. The larders designed with bread slats in the doors which is a lovely optional feature to all of our larders. The chop block, with its traditional 90mm thick beech worktop, was on castors so it can be moved around the kitchen with ease. They also chose to finish this item with a different colour making it a stand alone feature within the kitchen.
This beautifully modern kitchen in Hove is an excellent example of how we bring our customers dream kitchen to life. The bold, hand painted units set against the white walls and grey window and door fittings creates striking character. Working alongside the customer, we combined elements of symmetry and classic shaker style within the cabinetry - in particular the drawers. All drawers are finished with solid bases, soft close runners and handmade in Italy, solid bronze cups. The island consists of a Belfast sink with brass double stem taps - chosen by the customer - integrated washing machine and dishwasher housing one side and on the opposite side full height doors, perfect for plates, cups and glasses.
