Very bad experience & do not recommend. The sales man was nice however the owner was extremely rude and irresponsible and had no temper and seemed like he has anger issues. He charged us a fixed Price in the shop then when he came to deliver he gave us less tiles than we ordered and then starts screaming and shouting at us. A teribble experience do not recommend at all

Really amazing service I cannot fault them, a team who goes above and beyond for their customers, really responsive and helpful. I was super picky about tiles and was going back and forth for ages but the team were really patient ordered in extra samples for me when they weren’t on the shop floor and really went the extra mile. I told them my vision and they made recommendations based on this which was really appreciated and even showed me alternatives over WhatsApp when I wasn’t there. They Ensured I was happy with my final pick before placing the order, not to mention tiles were delivered only 2 days later (Amazing) I really couldn’t recommend them more! Definitely our go to!
