1) Surveyor confirmed our order was for white windows instead of brown.
2) Main bedroom window pane cracked.
3) We were advised to have a fire safety window fitted in one of the bedrooms and a non fire safety window was fitted.
4) French door ledge arrived too small, second time arrived too long.
5) Kitchen frame scratched.
6) Kitchen window dropped so unable to secure property and caused a scuff on the frame.
7) FENSA certificate addressed to neighbour.
8) 4ft crack in kitchen wall happened when fitting doors, then filled in but now needs redecorating. 9) Roof tile cracked during installation. Replacement then arrived incorrect size.
10) Cancellation of subsequent roof tile fitting after waiting in for 2 hours. In addition to all other times, rectifying the above issues, we have had to arrange time off work. The lack of customer service has been a great shame. This is unfortunately vastly different to our previous experience.

Highly recommend DL Windows! Had new windows and a French door put in to replace old double glazing and although it wasn't the easiest of jobs, they did such a tremendous job! Had a great experience from the very start (sales) to installation. All the chaps who did the fitting were polite and tidy and now our new windows and door look great! Would definitely use again

Nine windows and a back door fitted. No mess, good polite fitters. Great communication with the office and very happy with the finished job. I have used DL Windows before for a front door and the conservatory was installed by them for the previous owners.
When small problems have arisen in the past I have had no problem getting adjustments under the guarantee.
We recently chose DL to fit all new windows and a new front door to our house and we are so pleased that we used them. From the moment we went to their showroom we knew they were a very honest reliable company to deal with and in particular Mike has been a fantastic person to deal with as he had kept in constant contact with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Mark and Ben who installed the windows were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them and likewise Nathan who installed the new front door was excellent. The finish both inside and out was of a high standard and initially we were worried about the new windows going in as we didn't want the tiles inside the window frames to be damaged but we needn't have worried as the old windows were taken out with such care that you wouldn't even know anything had been removed. Overall a great company to deal with and I can't recommend them highly enough.
