Good communication throughout from ordering to post installment. Lovely people to deal with from local office to head office. Office girls , fitters, surveyor, and managers. Great price and excellent product.

Soffits & guttering I was pleased with.Bay window with a new roof,new windows.New front door & windows in the porch.New door & glass panel from the dining room into the conservatory.The porch was very stressful as the surveyors measurements were wrong.The fitter had to grind part of a wall down to get the front door to fit.If it wasnt for the fitter being in the trade for many years & his knowledge it worked out in the end.What should have taken one day went into two.Plus the fitter had to get extra materials to finish the job.Now waiting for a new door to be fitted in dining room as the new one they fitted is damaged.Aftercare is very good with check ups on the work completed.
