If you can smell gas and suspect a gas leak and are an LPG customer, please call our emergency phone line on 03457 200 100. They will assist you in resolving the problem and provide advice on how to stay safe. LPG is heavier than air, so it's essential to open all doors and windows to ventilate the property. If your property has a basement or cellar, open all doors and windows and leave the property. Extinguish all naked flames, do not smoke, strike matches or do anything which could cause ignition.
