Our Chartered Surveyors cover the whole of Devon, Somerset and Cornwall. Our job is to carry out surveys and valuations on residential and commercial properties for a wide range of purposes and for many different clients. Our senior surveyor is Mr Tom Davies FRICS, based at the Southernhay office in Exeter and ably assisted by surveyors at Camborne, Barnstaple, Taunton, Torquay and Plymouth. When investing in a property, it is often likely to be your most significant investment and so before parting with a large sum of money, you may want to think about protecting your investment by checking for anything that the untrained eye may not have spotted.
