Paul came out very promptly and efficiently inserted my new liner in my washing machine. He always does an excellent job, always cheerful even on a baking hot day! I would thoroughly recommend Paul for any problem you may have with an appliance.
Although not actually arranged by ourselves (renting), A-Z contacted me directly to arrange the appointments to come and view the problems and again to come and carry out the work. The jobs were completed within 24 hours of the diagnosis. They turned up on time and were very thorough and completed the jobs first time. The gentleman who came out to us was very professional and polite, and was very knowledgable about the jobs he was carrying out. I would definitely use them again, and would definitely recommend them to other people!
