Services
Roof Cleaning
Our specialist low-pressure roof cleaning technique removes moss, algae, and debris while preserving tile integrity. We apply biocide treatments to prevent regrowth for up to five years, extending roof lifespan and improving property aesthetics. Regular maintenance prevents water damage and costly repairs, combining safety-certified practices with long-term protection for residential and commercial buildings.
Pressure Washing
We restore paved surfaces using industrial pressure washing combined with re-sanding and sealant application. Our process removes lichen, oil stains, and efflorescence while strengthening foundations through resin-based sealants. Commercial clients benefit from efficient stain removal and safety-compliant treatments that enhance surface longevity and visual appeal for driveways, patios, and industrial areas.
Gutter Cleaning
Utilising advanced gutter vacuums and access equipment, we thoroughly clear domestic and commercial gutters of debris and blockages. Our service includes downpipe inspection, vegetation removal, and preventive treatments to maintain optimal drainage. Certified safety protocols ensure efficient working at height, preventing water damage risks and maintaining property integrity through comprehensive gutter system maintenance.
Facilities Maintenance
We provide scheduled exterior maintenance for industrial and commercial properties, including cladding cleaning, solar panel care, and graffiti removal. Our PASMA/IPAF-certified team handles challenging access requirements using harnesses and mobile equipment. Services combine aesthetic improvements with functional benefits like improved solar panel efficiency and extended building lifespan through regular, safety-compliant exterior maintenance programs.
