Double Glazed Windows
Our double glazed windows combine thermal efficiency with security, available in casement, tilt-and-turn, and sash styles. Crafted from uPVC, they reduce energy bills while enhancing property aesthetics. Suitable for both modern and period homes, our bespoke designs ensure perfect fit and weatherproofing.
Composite Doors
Durable composite doors offer superior insulation and security with modern locking systems. Available in various colours and finishes, they retain heat effectively. Our made-to-order designs balance style with practical performance for residential properties.
Conservatory Installations
We build Victorian, Edwardian, and modern conservatories with glazed or warm roof systems. Designed for year-round use, our structures maintain optimal temperatures. Customisable styles ensure seamless integration with existing architecture.
Roofline Systems
Durable uPVC fascias, soffits, and guttering protect homes from water damage. Our low-maintenance systems resist weathering and improve exterior aesthetics. Available in multiple colours, they ensure long-term performance without rust or peeling.

We repair broken seals, locks, and frames without unnecessary replacements. Our ethical approach prioritises cost-effective fixes for existing installations. Services cover all glazed areas, including conservatories and cat flaps.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! Quality of products is low and aftercare and service is disgracefully bad! Extremely untrustworthy! We wholeheartedly regret working with this company ! We had our whole house refitted with all new windows and doors. All 3 doors have had to be repaired in the first 3 years as all locking systems failed. Each time, contact was extremely poor, responses had to be chased for months on end and we were fed lies and excuses before the jobs were finally completed.
The most recent fault was reported to them in Feb 2021 and now in March 2022 has still not been repaired leaving us with a bowed, drafty and insecure front door for over a year. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful, Andy avoids all calls and when you do get hold of him just lies his way out of the situation. I have never received such awful after care from a company - avoid at all costs to save yourself the stress!!

Massive thanks to Window Pains for their speedy service. My son snapped the key in our front door and 10 minutes after I had called, they were there and had removed the key.

Andy done a great job on replacing 4 window panes that had blown and become misty. The work was carried out to such a high standard that you cannot tell which ones he replaced. I would definitely use windowpainsmk again and recommend them to everyone.

Without shadow of a doubt, the best decision we made when looking at new doors and windows was to try these guys out. We'd started down the route of the 'big names' and called Window Pains MK just on the off-chance that they might be able to beat the 'best/bottom' prices from our high-street friends. Needless to say they came in under the other companies' best prices, but without the theatre of 'I just need to phone my boss to get the best price'.
More importantly for us, Andy is genuine and cares both about customer service and product quality. The installation went smoothly, and the fitters cleaned up after themselves - could not ask for more. As for the doors and windows we now have, we could not be happier - thank you Andy and the team!

These guys are total virtuosos. My new front door is flawlessly fitted and beautifully finished, the sealant looks like it's been applied by an artist, and the fitters left the whole area cleaner and tidier than it was before they arrived! It's rare to find people who take such careful pride in their work - I am seriously impressed and would heartily recommend these guys for all your door and window replacement and repair work.

We used Window Pains MK to repair a smashed front window and fix a dodgy hinge in our small bathroom window. We were really pleased with the efficient service and the price was very reasonable. We'd definitely call on them again and would recommend them to others.
