Very happy with the service provided by THI from start to finish. Came out for the initial survey when they said they would and works were undertaken on the day agreed. There were just a few tiny issues with the finish on part of the fascia but Chris the fitter came back out to sort them so all sorted now. Would happily use THI again

Total Home Improvements came to change our study (kids room) windows into patio doors. They were professional throughout and did an excellent job (very neat). We now have a much better living environment for the kids in that room where they will be able to have the doors open and play outside in the summer and we can watch them more easily. The materials used were great (doors much better than the existing doors in my houses) and I'll use them again if I decide to change my other doors.

Great service from start to finish.
Had a bay window and upstairs window replaced. Great quality units.
The fitters were very friendly, knowledgeable, tidy and went the extra mile.
Aftercare was also very good.
