These face-to-face seminars are offered for larger construction practices throughout the UK and Ireland (a minimum of eight people), but smaller practices can also view them online. James Jones pioneered the introduction of incising technology in the UK and our domestic fence posts and landscaping sleepers are now all available incised, treated to Use Class 4 and come with a 15 year warranty. We supply the full range of domestic fencing timbers and James Jones was the first UK timber company to offer volume capability on incised fence posts covered by a 15 year warranty. Species choice includes Redwood or whitewood and all fencing timbers are available either green or brown treated.

Our Timber Systems Division was launched over 20 years ago and has grown to become the UK's largest manufacturer of FSC and PEFC certified I-Joists, branded as JJI-Joists. Today JJI-Joists have a 45% share of the UK's I-Joist market and are used by every major UK housebuilder. Our JJI-Joist system combines the JJI-Joist products with custom sized glued laminated timber (glulam) and system specific metalwork to create a highly flexible offering, ideal for framing structural floors, roofs and walls.
