Ordered a new fridge Monday morning delivered as advised next day am within quoted timescale, courtesy call received 10 mins before delivery was made, nothing too much trouble, asked if old appliance could be taken away, none of that ohh dont know about that etc etc! Just a price given and no issue because l only asked at courtesy call stage. Also 99% packaging removed on delivery so we didn't have to worry about disposal of lots of cardboard. Very friendly helpful staff from sales to delivery staff. Very impressed. Thank you for the excellent customer service. We will definitely recommend you 100%.
