Are your gas valves pre-set? No, all gas valves are provided in the closed position so there is no tension on internal springs. All gas valves should require to be pre-set for adjusting for first firing. Are your burners 'Plug & Play'? No, all our burners require setting up by an engineer to suit the invidivual boiler it is attached to. Even if the correct size oil nozzle is fitted the burner will still require to be adjusted for the correct emmissions setting.
