Unfortunately, I am going to rate this company with 1 star as poor because they not only pressured us into making the purchase but also mislead us and after us trying to come to a resolution the owner has been verbally aggressive, gave us empty promises of corrective action and after few returned phone calls started to ignore us.
The company is full of pushy and lying salesmen, who know exactly what to say.
The owner is a lying crook, who resulted to threats after we pulled him up on not meeting his empty promises.
We would not recommend this company to anyone, we would go a step further as to tell people not to use them.
WE WISH THEY HAVE NEVER KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR. WE FEEL BETRAYED AND STUPID GOR TRUSTING THIS COMPANY!!!
Our story:
We had a porch installed by the company which was a result of a cold call to our home, we did not approach the company, they approached us with an offer for a porch!!! After some discussion by the sales person, who was nice enough and used all the right tactics for us to agree to a sale and we purchased the company's services to build us a porch.
From the beggining, things went smoothly and somewhere along the line I asked if we will need a planning permission for this to be completed. I was told no, because the structure is below 3 meters square and technically it is not fixed bricked structure.
Before the porch was built we thought of it and decided to change the parameters slightly. Once again, I asked if the new size will mean that we will need planning permission and if it will cost us extra. Once again the answer was no, "the size is still below 3 square meters and we will not charge you anything extra."
At this point, we were still waiting for any documents which would give us proper measurements and material information. At this point we had nothing in writing from the company, just a picture of the porch doodled on their promotional paperwork and invoice.
The works started and finished and we did our bit and paid what we were invoiced for.
The door was slightly wonky and squealing (still does) but we were promised that this will be fixed at the final inspection which was booked.
The agent who came to "inspect" the porch had spent whole of 3 minutes telling us that he will report this and someone will be in touch soon to follow up on it.
Instead he spent the 45 minutes he was at our house to try to convince us that we needed to spend additional money on our roof but they can give us a nice discount as existing customers - over £5k if we pay deposit on the day and the rest within a week or still reduced offer of "only" £7,5k, if we wanted 18 months long offer but still pay £1000 deposit on the day.
This time we said no and asked an independent roofing company to quote us for the work on the roof to which they told us that we do not have to do anything with the roof for at least 25-50 years. So it is fair to say they lied and tried to steal from us further money which we didn't have.
This was first time when we knew that we have made a huge mistake to agree to the porch being built. But we had the porch and we liked it, so we thought at least we didn't fall for the roof.
4-5 weeks after the porch was built, we received a letter from the local council that we need to take it down as it needs a planning permission but doesn't have one. When we contacted the company, the owner himself, promised us that they will do this in due course. Fast forward, not only they didn't do this but ignored any sort of resolution and as said before, the person in charge got verbally aggressive.
We admit, we have made a mistake of trusting the company, trusting the word of long-existing company, apparently a family business, we trusted and therefore we have not insisted on written confirmation of their words and promises. We trusted that a company which deals with building regulations should know their stuff. Lesson learned, no more trusting salesmen. NO MORE TRUSTING EAST ANGLIA HOME IMPROVEMENTS!

Well what can I say, what a great job East Anglia Home improvements Ltd have done on two flat roofs. From start to finish everyone that we came into contact with was friendly & efficient & the finished job that the two brilliant builders had done is great, thank you

Very pleased with new windows and doors which are of high quality. The company kept us well informed of the whole process prior to and after fitting. The fitters were cheerful and helpful. Their work showed attention to detail and was thoughtfully carried out with minimal disruption to ourselves. We would certainly recommend this company.

My mum needed work on front window and flat roof, was reccomended this company and they were on time, quick and personalable.
She was happy with the work done that much that she decided to use this company a second time for French doors. Again quick and reliable.
Both times sales rep cat was very knowledgeable of the products and very helpful

Pleased with everything after a nightmare experience with other company, these guys came and finished the job in less than 4 weeks, the whole team was extremely polite, turned up on time, left the place spotless clean. We will definitely be using you again .Wishing you all the best.

Very good! Great customer service, they installed my conservatory for me. They where very quick and left the place nice and clean! The conservatory was outstanding quality and looked amazing and the pricing was reasonable
