Unfortunately, I resulted to use the lowest rating for one reason only. Their customer service and after-care are absolutely appalling. Despite the work on the porch being done fast and we were led to believe in a good professional quality, this is down to the sub-contractors mainly.
As soon as they had the full amount of money paid they couldn't be less interested in our issues.
The company approached us offering us a bespoke porch with assuring us that a planning permission will not be required as it will be less than 3 square meters. Unfortunately, as 2 busy full-time working people with 2 children, we didn't take the additional time to do the in-depth research and believed the professional company with many years of experience. This was not the case and now we are being told that we will need to take the porch down as it, indeed, requires planning permission.
We are now being totally ignored by the company claiming that we changed the original measurements. And yes, this is correct but before the porch was built, we informed them of our intensions and repeatedly asked if this would change the planning permission rules. If we knew what we know now, we would have never agreed to the porch being built in the first place.
They came, remeasured and agreed to the new measurements once again confirming that no planning permission will be required.
We tried to have a civil conversation with the owner of the company who shouted at my husband telling him that there is no way that we would get our money back. He was rude and disrespectful. At this point we were not asking for any money back, we just wanted them to help up to obtain retrospective planning permission. The very last verbal conversation with the gentleman was empty promise that they will start the process of applying for the planning permission on our behalf. This was over 3 months ago and we are no closer to any resolution.
The worst is that we were very happy with the look of the porch, the work done on it and how quickly it was done but now we are put in a position where we are at risk of the porch being taken down by the authorities, who would not help despite our attempts to ask for support as this is dispute between us, as consumers, and the building company, and also loss of all of the money we paid for it. We are being ignored by the company and don't know where else to turn.
Lots of our neighbours are asking us who's done the work on the porch as it is very nice porch but after the experience with East Anglia Home Improvements, we would not recommend them to anyone just to avoid the heartbreak we are currently experiencing.

Very pleased with new windows and doors which are of high quality. The company kept us well informed of the whole process prior to and after fitting. The fitters were cheerful and helpful. Their work showed attention to detail and was thoughtfully carried out with minimal disruption to ourselves. We would certainly recommend this company.

My mum needed work on front window and flat roof, was reccomended this company and they were on time, quick and personalable.
She was happy with the work done that much that she decided to use this company a second time for French doors. Again quick and reliable.
Both times sales rep cat was very knowledgeable of the products and very helpful

Pleased with everything after a nightmare experience with other company, these guys came and finished the job in less than 4 weeks, the whole team was extremely polite, turned up on time, left the place spotless clean. We will definitely be using you again .Wishing you all the best.

Very good! Great customer service, they installed my conservatory for me. They where very quick and left the place nice and clean! The conservatory was outstanding quality and looked amazing and the pricing was reasonable
