In addition to the practical aspects of photographing and measuring the garden and noting any level changes, I will use this time to get an overall feel for the site, taking into consideration points such as the surrounding landscape. From the survey, the scaled plan can be drawn up in accordance with your brief.

Typically my designs have a contemporary feel, with uncomplicated outline plans based on a simple geometry, within which the various required garden elements can be placed.
