We have recently purchased all our electrical appliances from R Jones for our new kitchen. Fiona was amazing, very helpful, great customer service, a pleasure to deal with and very competitive prices even though they will price match if you find it cheaper. They will also store the appliances until you require them with a two day notice for delivery. Fantastic local business.

I really rate R Jones, Whitton. I recently purchased a tumble dryer from the shop and they delivered it to East Shen and installed it promptly. When there was a problem with the installation there was no quibbling about returning to check the matter out and rectify it. The old machine was taken away for a reasonable charge and from beginning to end of the transaction I received nothing but cheerful courtesy and helpful advice. They are a very good reason to "shop local"
